Digital Communications Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Communications Executive to drive our digital marketing efforts, enhance brand awareness, and increase audience engagement. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or specialized degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, or communications, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.
- Proficiency in social media management, online campaign execution, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, content optimization, and digital analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar software.
- Awareness and keen interest in social and environmental issues, climate science, and current affairs.

The MIS/IT Expert will be responsible for managing and updating data related to Farmer Producer Companies (FPOs) on the MIS website and ensuring seamless coordination with the field team. The role involves:
- Updating of FPO activities and data on the MIS platform on a daily basis.
- Field visits to FPOs for monitoring and verification of records.
- Liaising with field teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Providing technical support for MIS-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Analysing and generating reports for management review.
